We would like to note that Developers often include in the Agreement a clause on “contractual jurisdiction”, or rather, indicate in which court the case between the parties will be considered in the event of a dispute. This clause of the contract is not valid, as it infringes on the rights of the consumer. Therefore, the choice of court depends entirely on the Claimant, and the Developer cannot limit it.
